Wild Bear Adventures is a fully insured, authorized concessionaire for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
Payment Policy: a deposit of 50% is required within 10 days of booking your adventure. final payment is due 10 days prior to your tour We accept checks, money orders and PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to your adventure date will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of your adventure cannot be refunded. In cases where reservations must be changed, we will work with you to reschedule if possible. There is no charge to reschedule the first time. Subsequent rescheduling will result in a fee of $50.
We reserve the right to cancel your adventure due to safety concerns such as severe weather or unsafe park conditions. In such a case, we will offer alternate dates or a full refund.
Liability: You will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to the start of your tour. There are inherent dangers associated with exploring wild lands and Yellowstone is no exception.
